RIDGE Packaging Earns “People’s Choice” in the PACK Design Awards

Our new eco-friendly Monte Bello box has been nominated for a “PACK Design Award,” a competition hosted by Wine Business Monthly, in alternative packaging. We’re thrilled to announce that RIDGE won the “People’s Choice” award and took home bronze with a third-place win from the judges.
Last year, we transitioned away from using wooden boxes in our Monte Bello program for wholesale and export, aiming to adopt a more sustainable (yet still luxurious) approach.
We introduced an alternative 3-bottle packaging made from 100% recycled paper, water-based ink, and green cell foam packing materials. This innovative foam product is a natural, environmentally friendly option made from corn that dissolves in water.
These two awards are proof that the industry can incorporate sustainable practices into fine wine without sacrificing quality.
