Monte Bello

Santa Cruz Mountains
Santa Clara County

Nestled high up in the northern reaches of the Santa Cruz Mountains, and surrounded by historic vineyards, our Monte Bello Estate offers guests an unparalleled opportunity to experience our exceptional single-vineyard wines.

Monte Bello Closed Weekdays Throughout August
Heavy rains this past winter washed out a section of Montebello Road, which is the only public route to access our winery. Santa Clara County has announced the work to fix this section of the road will occur throughout August. Beginning the week of August 1st, the road will be closed entirely from 8:30am to 6pm, Monday through Friday, with possible Saturday work to be determined. As a result Monte Bello will be completely closed to visitation, Monday through Friday, during this time. We will announce any weekend closure of the business as soon as we receive confirmation from the county. Further information can be found by visiting the county website.
