Monte Bello

Santa Cruz Mountains
Santa Clara County

Our Monte Bello Retail Operation and Tasting Room is currently closed.

UPDATE: California Governor Gavin Newsom announced on Friday, June 5th, that wineries within the state can resume tasting room operations beginning Friday, June 12th, in counties that have met the criteria to advance further into phase 2 reopening and have received approval from their respective health officer. Santa Clara county, where our Monte Bello winery resides, has not yet met both of these required approvals. We are optimistic that it will very soon and when that time comes we will be ready to safely welcome guests back. We are closely monitoring the situation and will update you as soon as new information is announced.

For more information on this situation, visit this website:

Nestled high up in the northern reaches of the Santa Cruz Mountains, and surrounded by historic vineyards, our Monte Bello Estate offers guests an unparalleled opportunity to experience our exceptional single-vineyard wines.
