Shipping Policy

We are currently able to ship wine to ALL states excluding the following: AL, AR, DE, IN, KY, MS, RI, UT.

Order Departure & Arrival
We typically ship on Monday, Tuesday, & Wednesday only, in order to ensure that your wine will arrive at your doorstep within the same week it was shipped. If you would like a specific ship date, please indicate it in your order notes or give us a call at 408.867.3233. Your order may be placed on a weather hold if the weather conditions at the departure or arrival location are not conducive to shipping wine. We will notify you via email if this occurs and will send a second email notification when your wine ships. Business addresses are preferred to ensure delivery on the first attempt. We are not able to ship to a P.O. Box.

For most states, you have the option of selecting one of the following shipping options: Standard Overnight, 2-Day, 3-Day, or Ground. We use FedEx by default, but if you would like us to use a specific carrier, please let us know via the Special Instructions field on your order at checkout.

Order Adjustments
Please let us know immediately if you have any shipping changes that are made after your order is placed so that we can update your shipping information before your order is shipped. If the change is not processed in time, the wines might need to be re-routed or returned, which could delay the delivery of your shipment.

Adult Signature Required
Wine may be sold and delivered only to persons who are at least 21 years old. The person ordering and receiving the delivery will be required to sign for the wine, and may be required to show proof of age.
