And, this year’s holiday pairing feast features recipes from some of our first Ridge dinners at Chez Panisse restaurant nearly six decades ago. Holiday Pairing Feast

Each year as our flagship holiday offering, we pair six wines with a multi-course meal celebrating some of our favorite holiday recipes. This year’s recipes are directly inspired by Ridge’s longstanding relationship with Chez Panisse.

Chez Panisse founder Alice Waters later published some of these Ridge dinners in a book of her favorite menus. In celebration of Ridge’s 60th anniversary we are revisiting dishes from these storied Chez Panisse dinners for this year’s holiday pairing feast.”
