Yields were down drastically on the Dusi Ranch in 1996, and harvest was the longest in memory for a single vineyard – stretching from August to late October. The ripe, characteristically spicy Paso Robles fruit is complemented by the addition of five percent petite sirah, which ahs accentuated the deep color and firm structure of this rich, full-bodied wine. Enjoyable now, it will develop fully over the next three to five years.
