Vintage Notes

A totally natural dessert wine, produced from sun-shriveled Zinfandel (about 35% sugar) from a hillside vineyard near Geyserville, Sonoma County. After self-limiting fermentation, about 7% residual grape sugar remained. Because the fermentation was not artificially stopped, special care should be taken for cool storage. Suggested after dinner-or some say to try it with venison.
