Eliot Nett

Tour and Education Coordinator at Lytton Springs

Eliot was born and raised in Iowa and came to California right after high school and has been here ever since. He has worked in the wine industry for the last twenty years: six years for Kendall Jackson, a few local pinot noir producers afterwards, and the last twelve wonderful years here at Ridge. He’s a home winemaker and has been the recipient of invaluable tips and great assistance in that endeavor from our always-helpful winemaking team at Lytton Springs.

Cosimo Linstadt

Retail Sales & Hospitality Lead at Monte Bello

Cosimo discovered his passion for wine as a student at Sonoma State University’s Wine Business Institute, where he earned a B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in Wine Business Strategies. Since joining RIDGE in 2021, he has enjoyed connecting with members and guiding them in the discovery of RIDGE wines—sharing favorite vintages, thoughtful insights, and creating memorable experiences with every visit.
