Your vintage by vintage resource to track how your Lytton Springs is developing through the years. As we taste additional library vintages, new data will be added to this page.
Our recommended drinking windows are based on standard 750 mL bottles. Half bottles (375 mL) generally mature more quickly and are best enjoyed toward the earlier end of the recommended window, while magnums (1.5 L) and larger formats develop more slowly and may benefit from additional cellaring. This difference is primarily due to the amount of oxygen exposure relative to wine volume, which influences the rate of development. Actual aging will vary depending on storage conditions and individual bottles.
Hold = Youthful. While it will bring some enjoyment now it will clearly improve with time.
Drink or Hold = Enjoyable now but will improve with time.
Drink = Very Enjoyable Now. Likely to hold and could improve with time.
Drink Now = Mature. In most cases still enjoyable, but likely to fade over time.
