Join RIDGE at Four Seasons Hotel Silicon Valley‘s restaurant, Quattro, for the third annual “Buzzyworthy Honey” pop-up dining experience celebrating the flavors of their rooftop-harvested honey. This special culinary event features a curated four-course, honey-themed menu paired with a special selection of RIDGE wines. Guests will be hosted by RIDGE Senior Vice President of Finance, Charles Marin.

  • Lamb Rack with Celeriac Pave, Carrot Parisians, Drunken Sultanas, Mint Labneh, and Lamb Jus

Dessert Course

  • Essence Dessert — 70% Guanaja Mousse, Chocolate Truffle Sponge, Almond Praline, Honey Compressed Plum, Burnt Oak and Honeycomb Ice Cream
