Spring Release Celebration at Lytton Springs

Location: Lytton Springs, Healdsburg, CA

Join us for our Spring Release Celebration at Lytton Springs the weekend of March 23rd and 24th! We’ll be debuting a variety of new-release zinfandels plus the new vintages of Estate Cabernet Sauvignon and Estate Chardonnay from our Monte Bello Vineyard. And, it wouldn’t be springtime without a few crisp white wines in the mix. We’ll be featuring our newly-released 2023 Lytton Estate Rosé as well as the brand new 2023 Alder Springs, which is a blend of falanghina and vermentino from Mendocino County.

Wines will be paired with small bites from Bay City Catering:

  • Clamshell Mushroom Sformato, with Lemon Thyme and Parsnip Crunch
  • Bacon Wrapped Chicken Roulade, stuffed with sourdough, Estero Gold cheese and Herbs
  • Beef Cake: Prime Rib and Onion Jam on Savory Chocolate-Beef Cake Canape
