Spring Dinner in the Vineyard at Lytton Springs

Saturday May 16th | 6-9pm

Join us for a very intimate dinner among the vines at Lytton Springs. We will feature a variety of zinfandels, both young and aged, as well as a few special library vintages of Monte Bello. The dinner will be preceded by a brief tour of the historic Lytton Springs vineyard.

Caesar salad spring roll, tiny crouton & caesar aioli
Tandoori-spiced prawns, lemon cucumber raita

First Course
Heirloom potato vichyssoise, wild salmon & spring onion tartine

Main Course
Roasted Prime Ribeye, corn spoon bread, heirloom carrots, cipolini confit & black garlic

Chocolate squared – warm chocolate truffle cake, chocolate ganache, chocolate-cocoa nib gelato & chocolate tuile
