Join us at Rouser in Salt Lake City to celebrate the art of food and wine pairing in an intimate, one-night-only experience. Rouser Executive Chef Emilio has crafted a five-course menu that balances creativity with precision, each dish paired with a specially selected RIDGE wine. Regional Sales Manager Brian Scott will share the story behind each wine while Chef Emilio will talk about the inspiration for his dishes and how they come together with the pairings. The two will create a relaxed, engaging atmosphere that feels as personal as it is memorable.
