Outstanding in the Field

We’re setting the table in Dry Creek Valley at our Lytton Springs Estate on June 28th this year!

For over 25 years, Outstanding in the Field has been bringing people together around one long table set in the heart of farms, gardens, and extraordinary landscapes all over the world.

Join us among the vines where RIDGE Winemakers Shauna Rosenblum and Michael Bairdsmith will host you on the bench overlooking Dry Creek Valley. Just outside Healdsburg, this vineyard is a living museum of California viticulture, where old-vine zinfandel, petite sirah, and carignane grow together in a traditional field blend. Guests will dine surrounded by gnarled vines, some more than 120 years old.

Guest chefs Brett Shaw and Ivan Jurado of Liholiho Yacht Club will craft a seasonal, farm-to-table menu celebrating the land, the harvest, and the hands that cultivate it. Liholiho’s island-inspired menus draw from founding chef Ravi Kapur’s Hawaiian, Chinese, and Indian heritage.
