Aside from Chef Peter Hemsley’s incredible seafood-focused cuisine that earned the restaurant its first Michelin Star, Aphotic has also been recognized with a Michelin Green Star for the team’s dedication to sustainable sourcing and fostering close relationships with the Bay Area’s local fisherman.
