Vinous Media’s Kelli White, recently tasted and wrote about a blast from the past in our 1978 York Creek Petite Sirah. It’s a nice little write up on how well petite sirah ages, and especially how well our 1978 has evolved. Here is a short excerpt of her tasting note and thoughts:
