Winemaker Tasting Note: A combination of power and elegance. Nose of black cherry, raspberry and garrigue. Full bodied with an excellent balance of tannins and acidity plus hints of bramble and dark chocolate.

Winemaker Tasting Note: Nose of red and black raspberry, white pepper, fennel, sage, dark chocolate and sarsaparilla. Full bodied with notes of blackberry and ripe plum; juicy acidity, excellent midpalate weight and a lengthy finish.

Winemaker Tasting Note: Dark purple hues with black cherry, dark plum, black olive, soy, dried jerky, lilac, dried rose petals, cedar, juniper berry, and wintergreen mint. Fresh entry with building tannins that coat the entire palate. Gravelly, dusty, and mineral notes give way to layers of red and black fruits. Integrated oak with youthful tannins and acidity. Will prove to be very age-worthy.
