Kick off Passport to Dry Creek Valley weekend with the Friday evening Vintage Soirée. We will be debuting our 2018 Lytton Estate Rosé during the evening’s reception and will pair our 2016 Lytton Springs with the farm to table dinner.
Reception
Taste 30 wines in honor of Passport’s 30th birthday party! For the first hour, stroll through the grounds at The Ranch and enjoy wines from 15 Dry Creek Valley Wineries, presented by winery owners and winemakers. In addition, four local chefs will be presenting specially curated small bites which will beautifully complement the Dry Creek Valley wines.
Dinner
Liza Hinman, chef and owner of The Spinster Sisters will provide the evening’s bounty inside the warm and inviting barn. Enjoy a baby artichoke and asparagus panzanella, roasted Bernier farms carrots and baby turnips followed by a spring mix trio from the grill that will include Meyer lemon + green garlic chicken with chimichurri, Calabrese pork sausages, Valley Oak beef skewers with a fava bean and feta salsina. A winery proprietor will host each table, where they will share their wine…and a few stories.
Dancing and S’mores bar
Live music, warm fire pits and a grand S’mores bar for dessert.
