During one weekend, Passport guests are welcomed into 50+ wineries throughout Dry Creek Valley to celebrate the generations of farmers, vintners and families that are the roots of the Dry Creek Valley wine region. Sample exclusive vintages, rarely available to taste, and meet winemakers and grapegrowers – the generations of people behind the wine and magical ‘Dry Creek Valley spirit’. Our culinary feature at Ridge Lytton Springs will be: Zin-Fried Sonoma Chicken, Black Pepper “Ketchup”, Redwood Hill Farms Cheddar and Green Garlic Mac & Cheese The chicken is soaked in buttermilk for two days, then breaded and fried in duck fat using an amazing flour blend of unbleached, organic wheat flour and zinfandel grape-skin flour, producing an amazing and delicious red fried chicken that pairs perfect with our zinfandels.
