Inspired by his recent visit to Monte Bello, chef Curtis Stone will be hosting a special Ridge wine dinner at his restaurant, Maude, in Beverly Hills. Chef Stone and his restaurant & wine team traveled up the coast of California to research and develop their summer menu, meeting with purveyors and viticulturists along the way. Their penultimate stop was Ridge Monte Bello, where Curtis and Maude Executive Chef Justin Hilbert tasted with Paul Draper and dreamed up a beautiful grilled abalone course featuring Ridge Estate Chardonnay. That dish will be part of the evening’s ten-course menu featuring oceanic delicacies paired exclusively with Ridge wines.
