ATP WINES

Now in its twenty-sixth year, the Advance Tasting Program (ATP) continues to provide members the opportunity to receive very limited, single-vineyard wines. Though past releases have included several other varietals, zinfandel and Rhône blends remain our primary focus. Each ATP selection reflects Ridge's winemaking style, which strives to preserve the distinctive qualities of geographic location, as well as grape varietal. ATP wines receive the same careful attention given other Ridge wines, including monthly topping-off and quarterly racking of barrels, analysis, and of course frequent tasting. The finest parcels of each vineyard are fermented separately, combined, then aged (almost entirely) in american oak barrels supplied by the country's oldest and finest coopers.
