To view PDF files you will need Adobe Acrobat Reader. (

Downloading instructions for PDFs: Move your mouse pointer above the file
you want, click the right mouse button and select the "Save Target As..." menu item.
Save the file to a convenient place on your computer's hard drive. (Note: You can
also simply view the file in your web browser by clicking on the link; this works
better with fast Internet connections.)
Opening Zip archives: Windows users will need
WinZip; Macintosh users can use the software included on their computers
or StuffIt. Please note that downloading these
larger files is recommended for people with fast Internet connections.
