Texas style slow smoked brisket, Jesse's jalapeƱo-corn spoon bread, west Texas BBQ sauce

Station 2 - Kansas City
dry rubbed baby back ribs, KC style tomato-molasses bbq sauce, potato salad

Station 3 - North Carolina
pulled pork sliders - apple cider-chile BBQ sauce, old fashioned North Carolina slaw
on an soft white roll don't get any more N.C. than this!

Station 4 - St. Louis
boneless pork spare ribs, St. Louis style, slow cooked in sauce
smokey baked beans

Station 5 - California
BBQ tri tip, Santa Maria style salsa, corn tortillas

Station 6 - Memphis
dry rubbed and smoked pork shoulder, sauce on the side, mac & cheese
